Happy October everyone!!! I am beyond excited to welcome you to our fun Halloween themed event at Leisure Time Winery in Napoleon. Come join me to experience WARRIOR Rhythm where we focus on strength, balance and flexibility. This incredible fitness-focused workout takes the classic group exercise class with traditional yoga. We will focus not only on a little bit of strength, some HIIT, amazing yoga flows and mindfulness intertwined while set to an unforgettable edgy playlist. This workout is welcome for all fitness levels and yoga rebels alike!!!
Each ticket purchased will receive a single glass of wine or a flight from Leisure Time Winery right after our workout. Grab your yoga mat, water or your hydration of choice, sweat towel if you choose light/medium dumbbells (which are totally optional), wear athletic shoes (which are optional if you choose) and wear something comfortable.
The winery does offer other types of food if you choose to purchase anything in addition. This is going to be such an amazing opportunity to take time out for yourself, enjoy this fun themed event and have an incredible workout while embracing a passionate driven community.
