Do you love being in nature, animals and exercise? Come snuggle our friendly farm animals and participate in yoga on our 200 acre farm venue
Event Details
Come enjoy our 200 acre retreat and farm venue at Castalia Farms! This is for all levels of yoga. Some people just come to snuggle animals and get selfies while others come for the yoga as well! Bring a towel to sit on, don’t wear your favorite clothes- just in case…
First 15 minutes we visit animals, followed with 30 minutes of yoga with animals and ends with another 15 minutes of animal time.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early.
Most animals that will attend are our:
Goats, alpaca, cows, piglet, miniature ponies.
