What is the Incredible Rubber Duck Race?
In collaboration with the Port Clinton Area 4th of July Celebration, United Way in Ottawa County is pleased to announce the Incredible Rubber Duck Race.
Up to 2,000 numbered rubber ducks will be dropped into Derby Pond and the Duck that crosses the finish line first wins! The Port Clinton City Fire Department will be present to help motivate the ducks and help those that need some extra help!
The funds collected from the sale of the Ducks will be used to support our current funded programs; Benton-Carroll-Salem Schools-Acorn Alley, Launch Pad, Lighthouse Sober Living, Ohio Governor's Imagination Library, Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center- CASA, Grand Love, TNT Mentoring, Ottawa County Senior Resources, Port Clinton City Schools- Champions for Children and Kindergarten Camp.
